I got a call from the wife of the Rabbi of Pratt Institute in Brooklyn to schedule a photo session. She recommended we shoot on campus which I was completely game for. As soon as I got into the Pratt Institute area, I felt like I could literally feel the artistry floating around in the air. Even the streets surrounding the campus felt like they were aware they were near a structure built to teach art & design and therefore contributed to the feel.
While we were on campus, a few students stopped by to say hello to the Rabbi. One of them was carrying a bunch of branches heading to the art room to work on a wood project. It seemed like a lot of the students there were walking art projects of self expression. I loved it.
The pictures I'm sharing here are from the first part of our session. The 2nd half had a completely different feel thanks to a certain "prop" the Mom brought along. I'm not ready to share those pictures just yet...
I am crazy about this shot.

These pics are stunning, but you sure got me curious about the "prop"
